Employee training
We provide education when employing, and also provide education about various qualifications (ex: QC examination) and skill training.

When we do business relating to customers, each employee needs to work appropriately as a representative of the company and behave in a disciplined manner. But every employee has different education and background. So we think it necessary to provide education to employees about the corporate culture, norms and rules.
